QUICK OVERVIEW OF OUR RENTAL POLICIES:

1. To confirm a reservation, we require a non-refundable down payment of 25% of the order total.

2. A Certificate of Insurance with Austin Movie Gear listed as the “Loss Payee” is required for any orders that: total over $750; contain higher end cinema camera(s) or 2 or more cinema lenses; rent for an extended period of time (2 or more weeks); travel out of Texas .

AMG MULTI-DAY DISCOUNT:

Weekends (Friday Afternoon Pickup - Monday AM Return) are 1x the daily rate!

2 Days are 1.75x the daily rate

3 days are 2x the daily rate

5 days are 2.5x the daily rate

7 Days are 3x the daily rate

30 Days are 8.75x the daily rate

10% discount for non-profit organizations

10% discount for Austin School of Film

10% discount for teachers

15% discount for students, for student productions only

Order Extensions If, during a rental, you need to extend your order beyond your order's original rental dates, we will accommodate you if the equipment is available.

Extension Day Rates:1st Extension Day, Full Day Rate, Each Additional Day is 50% the Day Rate
